The Young and the Restless

Set in Genoa City, Wisconsin, "The Young and the Restless" is the 34 year-old soap centering on the saga between two wealthy families, the Newmans and the Abbots. Head of the Newman clan is Victor Newman, the cavorting billionaire and his wife Nikki. Running the Abbott show is Jack Abbott, the former playboy and current CEO and his sister Ashley. Although competition has mellowed somewhat with the recent imprisonment of John Abbott, the majority of the show is focused on the two families and the running of their cosmetics empires: Victor's Newman Enterprises and the Abbotts' Jabot.
